Follow up

So shortly after I made the post the other day about Cinderella my neighbors sent some friends over to look for the ducks. Of course, we had one and I was happy to return her. (The ducks are their little girl)

I explained to them how I found her in the yard, but the other duck was not there. I didn’t want to just leave her exposed to the elements and predators.

Being that ducks are prey animals the need to be around other ducks. That is why you can only purchase them in pairs.

Cinderella’s pair is among the missing right now so when they get back home and let her out of the pen I bet she will be back. Cinderella and Huey were starting to pair up to mate.

Huey is a sad duck right now. But I think he will be ok in the end. So, until next time.
